


About Us OUR STARTWe are family owned business out of Riverside California. We started during the early 1990's at a time when we was working out of our garage, just like HP and Apple. We struggled to get our own warehouse (which now we own), but we believed that things can get better and they did. Originally, we started out as a custom software development company. Developing several software packages for the local businesses in the Los Angeles and Riverside County area. We developed one of the first database and networked technologies software to handle client/server applications. We developed software for local video stores, churches, and private schools. Our software handled all of their entire database and networking needs. Back then it was harder because we had to develop all of the software technologies by hand there was no easy solution that fit the needs our clients and we had it. Also the software back then was not bulky and didn't need hundreds of Megabytes in order to operating properly. Now software is bulky and sometimes unusable for most people needs. So we made things a lot easier for our customers and that's what we specialize in (and still do). At this time in the computer industry custom software is not needed. So we had to change our services and business model. The industry went to the bulky software packages of today and our services have to change with the times. We decided, since the CEO was a Computer Engineer and we have been working with customers on technical and networking support issues. We switched to a technical support and sales business model, which has been changing with times also. We are now having more fun with sales, technical support, and still providing excellent service. Why do we say that? Because we get to talk to a more of a variety of new customers and advise them on their next purchase and we are good at it. Most customers call us back and tell our sales team “Thanks.” Also we never left our love, which is customization of networked systems. We also have a database of technical support issues online and all customers can view it for FREE. We also provide remote repair services so you don't have leave your house, business, nor bring in a bulky item in and wait for the repair. What so different about us from other service providers, well we started the flat rate repair system and others have copied us, but still can't quite get it.
