Sales Policies
- All checks and money orders require 7 days before clearance from our bank.
- Items marked “Special Order”, have no return for money back, but carry a store credit.
- Items are sold as new unless stated.
- All Items are shipping within two days of ordering. They are no overnight shipments.
- Wire transfers will require clearance from our bank before any product is shipped. Also after wire transfer is complete we will transfer out all funds to our main account. So if there is any deputes customer must contact our Accounting Department for resolution.
- All items paid by credit card must match shipping address on billing statement. Please read Shipping Policies below.
- All auction items paid by Pay Pal will require that account is in good standing for at least 6 months and that funds clear before product is shipped.
- Item for return must first arrive at our technical support department and verified before credit is given back to the customer.
- Any order with invailid Email Adddres or Phone number product will not be shipped and customer will b blacklisted from our system. Once process is done customer will not receive a confirmation nor phone call from our staff.
- All items orders are verified in the following procedures: by placing a call to customer, and credit card company, also email confirmation by our customer service. If any of these procedures fail we will automatically cancel the order and not charge for the purchase. PLEASE BEAWARE THAT IF ANY OF OUR ORDER PROCEDURES CHAIN IS BROKEN YOUR ORDER IS BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE.
Shipping Policies
- We will not ship to P.O. Box.
- We do not ship to foreign countries.
- We ship only with our own contracted company's and we do not accept customer's personal/company shipping accounts.
- We only ship addresses on file with the credit card company, but any customer who want us to ship to other address. They must meet the criteria of line 1 to 3 in this section. Also customer must be a company, school, or previous customer in good standing.
Credit Card Policies
- All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the same billing address on the card.
- Credit card payment must must clear our bank before product is shipped.
- Orders are process through our Paypal account only for you safety and ours.
- We do not store and credit card information. Once order is completed credit information is detroyed and our employees connect see it.
- We do not process any credit card information on the public (internet) servers. Security is our number one concern.
- Any declined order will delay your shipping, please make sure that all information is given correctly.
- Please be aware that for any problems with transaction, our customer service team will call the customer direct for more information. Once we cannot get in contact with customer for 72 hours we will destroy order and data.
- If any false information is given and if management suspects a that customer is not the card holder (fraud). Tekbuyz will flag the customer name, address, and phone number as fraud and turn them over to the proper authorities in the customers area. Please don't take us as being too direct, but we believe that internet should be safe and people who all they want to do is wrong others don't shop here. We take our business very seriously FRAUD IS WRONG!!! All IPs address are logging in saved for 5 years.
Return Policies
- All products carry a 20-day money back guarantee.
- All returned merchandise must accompany original box and manuals. If not we will assist a 25% restocking fee.
- Opened software packages are not returnable, but if defective then customer must contact manufacture.
- Items marked “Special Order”, have no return for money back, but carry a store credit.

- Item that are defective will require return of defective item before new one shipped is shipped. We do offer an expedited service where an replacement of the item can be shipped ahead of time, but will require that customer must pays for the new product in it entirety before the new is shipped. Once there product is received and verified then credit will be reissued back to customer for the defective item.
- All Item that are not returned defective, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
Service Policies
- We are not responsible for data on customer's computer and it is up to the customer to backup all vital data. We can backup customer's data for a nominal fee.
- All service fees are non-refundable.
- Our technical staff does not carry change during service calls, please have the exact change.
- Technical staff is available to service contract customer's 24/7 via E-Mail only. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for response.
- All On-site service call require prepayment before service can be performed.
- Service technicians that perform on-site service are only contracted for service that customer request. If a customer wants other services to be performed then the customer must call customer service and reschedule another appointment.
- All service parts carry a 7 day parts warranty.
- All services carry a 14-day labor warranty.
PayPal/EBay Policies
- We verify that all purchase amount's are deposited in our account by hand and not just be email. Process is done by first going into our PayPal account and then call PayPal's customer service department to make sure that customer is not a fraudent user.
- Item will not be shipped until complete purchase amount is deposited to our account, no exceptions.
- We verify all PayPal E-Mails by hand with PayPal. We send all the Payment Email Notification to the PayPal Spoof Department before order is filled.
- Once a Payment Email is verified to be spoof mail will not ship nor contact purchaser. Also purchaser is blacklisted from purchasing from our website forever.
Warning: Once the Sales and PayPal Fraudualent rules are broken, customer will not be informed, will not receive an email, and will not receive a phone call by our staff . The procedure is to blacklisted the customer from ordering on our website forever, no exceptions.
